We are open for business Monday-Friday from 9AM-4PM CENTRAL STANDARD TIME.

Emails are responded to within 24 Hrs on business days. Emails sent on closed days will be responded to on the next open business day.
**CANCELLATIONS**
The Body Shop strives to get orders out in an efficient and timely manner as given on our website. To ensure we meet those expectations: NO CANCELLATIONS are permitted once order(s) is placed for new or SUBSCRIPTION orders. Please make sure you are satisfied with your items chosen before placing an order. Once an order is listed in our system; it CAN NOT be cancelled.
**SUBSCRIPTIONS**
Subscriptions are a contractual agreement when chosen. All subscription customers MUST honor their subscription terms chosen when order is placed (NO EXCEPTIONS).. Please make sure you are satisfied with your products before subscribing to weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly subscription options. Please be aware that our subscription terms CAN NOT be overturned by submitting a dispute through payment provider or banking institution. A subscription order MUST be cancelled before an order charges. The Body Shop does not cancel a subscription order once it is charged. The "NO CANCELLATION" policy is upheld for subscription orders. It is the customer's responsibility to CANCEL the subscription "PRIOR TO" being charged. Subscriptions MUST BE cancelled by email request ONLY. You will be billed every _________________(option chosen) Save 12-15% on your subscription. You CAN NOT pause, skip or cancel your subscription unless 2 orders have processed.
**SHIPPING**
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and received within the time frame stated; Please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. If there are any issues with verifying the address, we will contact you to resolve issue (s). If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. The Body Shop DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.
A shipping confirmation will be emailed/texted within 1-3 business days(excludes weekends & holidays) from the day the order was placed(NOT PREORDERS). When your order has been shipped; you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it; you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that show delivered in USPS system. If you believe your package has been tampered with or stolen; Please contact your local USPS Station or 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777). All packages are insured with the United States Postal Service. Please file a claim. The Body Shop will NOT intervene on the retrieval or re-shipping of your package without proof of claim filed. Claim confirmation MUST be emailed to us for further resolution.
The Body Shop DOES NOT reship orders for FREE unless the order is returned to us with NO address issue. Customers MUST verify their address before reshipping a returned package. In the event that the package was returned with no address discrepancies; The Body Shop will reship the package at no charge. If it is determined that the customer made an error in the shipping address including the following but not limited to: (missing apartment or suite number, shipped to old address, locked gate or entry, etc): The Body Shop WILL CHARGE a $8.75 RE-SHIP FEE. No Exceptions. If the customer choses not to reship the order, the customer will be refunded minus the initial $8.75 shipping cost.
**PRE ORDER**
Please be advised that preorder items follow an estimated shipping timeframe. Timeframe is ONLY an estimated timeframe unless stated GUARANTEED in product description. Timeframe of receiving can vary with pre-order items based on arrival time of product, volume of orders, and transit time. We strive to give the most accurate estimated time we can provide. With this in mind, in some instances; preorder items may ship earlier or later than the "estimated" date provided. Please take note when placing an order for an item(s) on pre-order.
**RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS**

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON ANY Supplements or Products SOLD. We offer EXCHANGES for Shapewear and Activewear ONLY. Exchanges are only permissible if item(s) are in perfect condition. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS. Exchanges can only be of the same item if In Stock. Any items not in stock can ONLY receive a store credit for future purchases. Merchandise MUST BE returned within 5 business days of receipt of purchase. The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Please email us FIRST to initiate a return. Please DO NOT return any merchandise to our warehouse without speaking to someone from our sales team and receiving certified confirmation. Any items returned to our warehouse without notice or approval will be refused. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. No Exceptions.
